The place is great, clean in great location

They will improve by having complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, and bottled water so one can make a cup of coffee if they arrive late.

I enjoyed my stay, I must confess, very homely, very neat, very friendly staff & a safe environment with top-notch security, Beautiful and modern facilities. They seem to take client advice, as I can see they addressed the concerns of the previous guests. I did not have any bad experiences. I will definitely stay there again when I am in Johannesburg.

I liked most things and that I could park my car and race car trailer in a secure property. The security which I thought was quite excessive but it would seem that they have experienced some break-in's.

I did not like the cleanliness of the unit upon arrival. We had to go out and buy dishwahing liquid, swabs and dish clothes to clean the pots snd pans that were stored in a cupboard with all the household chemicals. The dish clothes provided were dirty. We booked a unit that according to Booking.com site provided daily house cleaning. We booked for 6 nights and only had a cleaner appear once. The Booking.com site also mentions a spa bath and a outside eating/dining area available but that is not so. There in no dustbin inside the unit. You have to go outside every time you need to use the bin. I do not enjoy dealing with a invisible host. A guest has to find their own way around the property and familiarize themselves with everything in the unit.. We left a day early 😕

Clean and in a good location

Nothing
