Santi Vista Villas

Quality of the property was great. It’s away from the party centers so relatively quiet. We liked it so much that didn’t really leave the villa. The local restaurants and bars couldn’t beat the view we had.

We had a wonderful stay at Santi Vista Villas and enjoyed every moment of our 3-night visit to Koh Samui. Highlights of our stay: • The Villa: Spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It was fully equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. • The Atmosphere: The area is incredibly peaceful and clean. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking for a quiet retreat away from the more crowded parts of the island. • Location & Dining: The nearby beach is excellent—perfect for a relaxing day by the water. We also loved the local restaurants in the area; the food was consistently great. Verdict: Everything was exactly as we hoped. If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and high-quality place to stay in Koh Samui, we highly recommend this villa. We truly loved it!

The steep hill that we needed to walk but the view was amazing.

The view is simply stunning. Villa is modern and well equipped. Host - check in/out perfect.

It is perched on a very steep hill and to access the villa is very difficult for less mobile people, there is no handrail on the steep steps. There were also some aggressive dogs from adjacent homes on the walk to the beach which was not ideal. The owners stated they will build a separate access road very soon.

Everything Our stay in the villa was really pleasant Property was very clean and highly maintained and well equipped You can go up to the villa by the stairs ( not bad one like other uphill villas) Easy check in and check out, always answering their phone if we need any help and always on time Will not be my last visit to the villa
