The location was useful for my reason for visiting. It has many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beds were comfortable. The staff fixed my problems EVENTUALLY.

Problem 1: I booked the king room as it is advertised with a bedroom and living room, it states on booking.com it has a large bed and a sofa bed. It doesnt have these features, there is no living room, it is just a single room and no sofa bed. On reporting this to the receptionist i was not believed! Its there information provided on booking.com! Why would I lie? If they had just checked the booking they would have seen this. They eventually came to the room to check if i was telling the truth! Unbelievable. I was changed to a twin room and the beds pushed together. This was not idea as i needed the sofa bed for my two babies to sleep on, not all of us sharing two single beds. Problem 2: The Wifi stopped working in the morning, I needed it for work. I went to the receptionist and reported the problem. She looked at me and told me it was working (She didnt bother to check). I told her to come to the room and check for herself if she doesnt believe me (Why would a guest lie)? She came to the room and eventually, after checking my phone and laptop confirmed the wifi was not working. The staff have no manners at all, When i walked past in the morning orthe evening to go out, the receptionist simply kept there head down looking at their phone, not a hello, a smile, nothing, so bloody rude!
