It’s a good place to stay in a great location. The apartment was comfortable and suitable for a family. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

The only issue we had was with the washing machine. It was provided in the apartment, but unfortunately, it was broken and wasn’t working during our stay.

Lo staff è stato disponibile e gentile. L’appartamento e la struttura sono molto belli, con spazi piacevoli e un grande potenziale.

Purtroppo l’appartamento non sembrava tenuto con la cura che meriterebbe. Appena entrati non si sentiva profumo di pulito, ma odore di chiuso. Abbiamo trovato ragnatele sui muri, vetri sporchi, comodini non puliti, armadio sporco e una spugna incrostata. È un peccato, perché con più attenzione alla pulizia e alla manutenzione potrebbe essere davvero un piccolo gioiellino.

Very noisy. Party sounds from nearby pubs till 4am in the morning. Bright light in the night shining through apartment door and curtains. If you need a dark room to sleep this isn’t for you. The soundproofing is poor. The bed linen was torn with two holes. They wanted to change it, when I complained—ringing the apartment bell past midnight 😬. The towels ok but worn down at the edges. Persistent urine smell in bathroom. The shower was leaking and the fittings broken. One could shower though. WiFi through the ceiling from the apartment above. 2 bars only. At times internet slow. The building hosts a few hotels and regular tenants. Quite busy at times, but feels safe. This is a private rental. Be aware that you need to pay all in cash. Be aware that the advertised rate come with surcharges. And that you have to make a cash 200MYR deposit (which is standard) If you want to cook the utensils are pretty basic. Don’t expect much.
