Large area for a studio unit, with an additional multifunctional sofa that can change to bed, which is pretty big too for one person to lay and sleep on. Also, for the toiletries, hand soap and towel provided and the towel is quite highly absorption (just my preference) but no body wash, but no worries, next good point is that this building has a market of 7 Eleven which is 24 hours for anyone to purchase anything in the middle of the night, and yes, plenty of mamak shop down there too. The bathroom, spacious for a studio unit, complete with heater and the water pressure is good and comfortable for bathing and clean. As for the view, I'm flabbergasted with the scene as it faces the main road which makes the stay/room worth the stay, dont worry, the window is pretty soundproof so not gonna hear those roaring car sound. Also, the door of the bathroom is opaque, so don't worry about someone seeing/saw your figure during showering
