The flat did not have the TV installed at the time of arrival. The staff proposed to have it installed but only in my presence. As this was a time consuming process i declined and stayed without a tv for the whole stay

We had no TV or WiFi this was advertised on booking. Therefore, we incurred additional expenses using roaming. No gas to the hob. No balcony furniture or light bulbs in the bedside lamp. There are not enough rubbish bins for our 8 nights stay.
