Host is responsive. Location is very convenient to go to my Mom’s place without me crossing the chaotic road of Zapote - Alabang

When I arrived at the place at least six small cockroaches greeted me on the main entrance and bathroom. No matter how many times I spray, the cockroaches and small flying insects are always there when I come back in the evening. Also, the toilet always has sewer smell There was a message not to use the microwave. There was an induction cooker and when I asked the host, she said I can use the induction cooker instead then I noticed the pot’s Teflon was already feeling. So I bought a small frying pan just to heat left over food I bought from the restaurant. It didn’t work and when I rang the owner she suggested to use the rice cooker instead. The owner eventually bought a microwave, but then at least nine days after I checked in meaning only used it around 6 days.
