Location was good. One can use resort facilities including aqua park, pool and beach.

Wifi was not working. Appartement was not cleaned.

The owner Saïd is a very friendly guy, trying his best to make his guests happy and comfortable. The apartment is clean and to Egyptian standards pretty well maintained, although it doesn't make it to European standards, with for example leaking taps and some lights not working properly. The waterpark is fun for the kids and great that the water is warm. One of a few in Hurghada. The beach is pretty and you can use the facilities there and throughout Mirage Bay even though the cabin park is actually a separate place.

The welcome of the cabin park (it's separated from Mirage Bay by a fence and has own entrance) is unfriendly. Said told me he tries to be there when guests arrive, but unfortunately at our arrival there were still other guests in the apartment due to a mistake in planning on the booking website. The other guests left and was quickly and well cleaned when our kids swam at the waterpark.
