Very poor entrance

Basic but really great value. Close to hospital which is what I needed

I needed to extend my stay by a day. I thought my husband would be leaving the hospital. When I checked out I asked at the desk if I could book an extra night later once I knew. He said no problem. I went back around 3 and the girl said I could but that I’d have to do it on their direct website for security reasons. So I tried and it told me I had to book 2 night minimum. Husband should be out tomorrow so I didn’t want to commit to two more nights. There was nothing she could do so I ended up having to leave and stay in a super crappy hotel. So I’m very disappointed by that. It’s been a very stressful time and this just topped it off

Location was perfect for us, close to transit, mall shopping, cafes and restaurants, and the beach. Staff were fabulous and fit us in for an extra night when our travels plans changed.

It was very clean and location was good.

It is a student residence, rented out as a hotel room. We had expected a hotel style room and not sparse student accommodation. The bed was not big enough for 2 people, the bed sheet was a single size sheet, and it was generally uncomfortable. The air conditioning unit could not be adjusted, controlled, or shut off.
