Apartament był bardzo czysty, w samym centrum lungomare, w środku były wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy w trakcie pobytu takie jak lodówka, płyta indukcyjna, sprzęt kuchenny do gotowania, mikrofalówka, pralka, suszarka, ręczniki, szampon i mydło. Gospodarz był bardzo miły, odebrał nas z przystanku a na koniec pobytu odwiózł, cały czas upewniał się że wszystko nam się podoba i służył pomocą w razie pytań o okolice. Mieszkanie chyba jest świeżo po remoncie bo wszystko wydawało się nowe. Dużym plusem była klimatyzacja i duży balkon, który otworzyć można było także spod prysznica co było dodatkową atrakcją i atutem. Niedaleko można było znaleźć supermarkety oraz restauracje.
