We stayed here for a month. The location is fantastic, walking distance to downtown Eagle. The owner installed an AC in the living room which resolved any cooling issues previous renters had. We were in triple digit temps and it was very comfortable. The living room couch and beds were very comfortable. Large TV and ample sized kitchen and laundry room. Loved having a separate mud room to store our bikes.
Having one bathroom became a nuisance but we made it work. The backyard could use a covered patio and landscaping, although it was too hot for us to use anyways. There is no dishwasher but that wasn’t a necessity for us. Kitchen had what we needed but missed a few small things like a can opener. We had ant and wasp issues but dealt with as needed. Also could use a dresser in most bedrooms

The location was ideal for us. We had our little dog with us and the yard worked out great for her. The home was very clean and well appointed. Beds/pillows were comfy. Kitchen/laundry room great. Lots of fluffy towels in the bathroom. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Easy to get to bike trail too.
A/C units only in two of the bedrooms. There are lots of fans to move the air around which was very helpful. Temperature a bit of a challenge for us when over 80 outside, but it worked out fine.
