The room concept and layout is ideal for a small family and the place is quiet.

Everything meets the need/requirement for a simple/basic and short getaway/vacation of the family.

The owner is so accommodating, always replies quick. The place is so peaceful, wifi is fast, bed is on good quality to have a good sleep after a tiring day. This booking is super quick. I just booked it in the morning of the same day,but the owner ready all my request. Good price for its quality. Definitely will book again. Just to add they serve good coffee just message the owner for it.

Actually, just for improvement, add the air refresher since the air is trapped in the room. But all is on really best.

Very peaceful and quiet place.

The only thing I really appreciated about this condo was that it came with cooking utensils and basic kitchen equipment. Unfortunately, it felt like very little attention was given to the guests' comfort, and communication with the owner was extremely disappointing.

Things that need improvement: 1. The owner should make sure the sleeping area is clean and comfortable. The bedroom had a strong musty smell that reminded me of termites or areas infested with cockroaches. Even the blanket smelled unwashed, which made it feel unhygienic. 2. Because of the unpleasant odor in the bedroom, I decided to sleep on the sofa instead. Sadly, the sofa also had an unpleasant smell, so it wasn't a comfortable alternative either. 3. There were many small cockroaches around the unit, which was very concerning and made the stay feel unsanitary. 4. This part was my mistake. I underestimated the location. I didn't expect transportation to be so inconvenient, and we ended up spending much more on Grab rides just to get around. If accessibility is important, I would recommend booking accommodation closer to Session Road instead. 5. I hope the owner becomes more responsive to guests' messages. I asked about extending my stay, but it took two days to receive a reply. I also asked if it was possible to extend the checkout time, but I never received any response and simply had to check out without any communication.
