Pozitia apropiata de centru si marimea apartamentului.
NU are dus iar furtunul de dus racordat la chiuveta minusculă este spart si, pentru a nu inunda baia, poți sa te speli doar la acea chiuvetă mica. Televizorul din fotografii este decorativ deoarece nu are cablu TV si nu prinde nici un canal. Am încercat sa suplinesc televizorul cu calculatorul din camera însă deși are configurație OK nu merge pe Youtube datorita conexiunii slabe wifi si lipsei difuzoarelor la monitor. Expressorul mare Saeco este decorativ, se aprinde ledul rosu de avarie necesitând decalcifiere. La plecare nu am reușit sa intru in bloc deoarece ușa la intrare in scara D era închisă. Trebuie sunat la alt vecin ca sa vi se deschidă ușa.
