The house was immaculately clean and very new. It is located an easy short walk to two beaches.
The third bedroom was hard to use. The double bunk bed is very low so you could not sit on the bottom bed. It was also huge for the small room leaving little space. The main issue was that due to the huge bunk and small room, they could not install a ceiling fan. The whole top floor of the house hot pretty hot even on cooler days. The split system air con was nice, but the upstairs system cooled the whole floor. For the people in the third small bedroom to be comfortable cool at night, the air con had to run most of the time which made people in the other rooms cold.
