The silence and homely atmosphere of the locality as well as at the property. Most importantly the kitchen facility wasn't like one of those "for the sake of" kind of facilty. It was practical and helped us a lot. Every item in the kitchen was placed meticulously with its appropriate utility. Apart from that very spacious place (we were 3 Adults). Over all a good place for short stay.
The location which ofcourse the host does not have much option to revisit and improvise on, is tucked in a dense residential locality with no shops/shopping options close by. But that's where 10 mins delivery options rise to the occasion. Another thing is the stairs to the 2nd floor, they are pretty steep and deep making it hard for elderly people to climb up as well as down.
