All furniture is new, there is a kitchen and a good stove, a large refrigerator, high-speed Internet, TV. Beautiful view from the window. The center is 10-15 minutes walk away. The large store (Red Apple) is only 300 meters away.
Unfortunately, the 4th floor without an elevator, which the owner of the apartment warns about, is not the only minus. The sofa turned out to be very uncomfortable for sleeping. The second half of the sofa is slightly lower than the first and you feel it when you sleep. Its width when unfolded is 120 cm, which is very small for two people. We are small in build and were able to fit in, although it was very uncomfortable and unusual, but people larger than us clearly cannot sleep there together.
There is a bar table in the kitchen area, but no bar stools. Regular chairs are too low. Therefore, it was uncomfortable to dine there. You had to either stand at the table or sit on a chair on your haunches.
Large, bright windows, but no thick curtains or roller blinds, so it is too light in the morning. The apartment is well furnished, it is obvious that the owner did not buy everything that was cheap - there is a good stove and oven, excellent faucets, a great kitchen, TV, which is not free, but the most basic things are not thought out - so that you can have breakfast and sleep, and this is what we needed. As a result - disappointment. If you put a comfortable bed in the room, put a small dining table in the corner (there is space there) or buy two bar stools, hang curtains or install roller shutters, it will be much better.

هو عبارة عن غرفة في الدور الرابع مكونة من اريكة تتمد لاستخدامها كسرير ، ومطبخ صغير فيه تأثيث متوسط ، ودورة مياه ، وتلفزيون ودولاب ، بدون غسالة ملابس ولا مكوى .
ليس في العمارة مصعد وإنما الصعود مع الدرج . موقف السيارة متوفر قرب المكان .
بعيدة عن الخدمات والصعود لها على الر جلين صعب لانها مرتفعة في أعلى الجبل .
