Ratanakiri Phum Khmer Resort

Great resort with very cute bungalows, lots of green and ponds. Huge room. Nice large pool, a few hammocks to relax, and a pool table. The restaurant had fine dishes. The owner is very committed to his customers. I fully recommend the place!

Maybe the tuk-tuk tour for half a day seems a bit pricey in the local context (45 Usd) and the Tuk-tuk was rather slow. The 36 Usd for the laundry seemed also a bit on the expensive side, maybe it should have been weighted after it and not before (when already wet!). But these are small things. A great stay!

A lovely stay in Banlung. We got a free upgrade to a Superior Bungalow - everything was very comfortable, good AC, hot showers, bed and a nice pool. The owner is very welcoming and always on top of any requests we had. He also runs an NGO helping bring education to rural communities and we were able to visit one of the school. Staying here is a relaxing way to contribute to Cambodia’s future :)

Just know that the property isn’t in the center - but it’s about a 5-10min drive/tuktuk/moto

Amazing resort, so peaceful and well decorated.. The owner and his staff are exceptional, open minded, very helpful and so gentle 🙏

Le cadre est très joli avec la rivière et le pont suspendu et la piscine est agréable avec l’espace jeu. L’effort pour servir le petit-déjeuner avant l’heure normale.

La communication avec le personnel est compliquée (le responsable est presque le seul à parler anglais) et quand nous sommes arrivés, on nous a amené à la chambre : point. Nous n’avons reçu aucune explication (piscine, spa, petit-déjeuner, souper, bar…) et il n’y en avait aucune en chambre donc j’ai dû envoyer des messages via Booking pour avoir des infos. Ensuite, l’état de la chambre (001) est grandement à revoir : linge de lit complètement froissés, cheveux sur les draps, saletés au sol, prise de la lampe de chevet qui fonctionne à moitié, gel douche déjà utilisé, matériel pour faire du café/thé mais ni café ni thé.
