Villa @ Richmond Estate

The place is beautiful with all the mod cons you need. The children had a great time using the gym and the pool, and going to the beach. The place was very clean. There is plenty of storage space to unpack and put away. The community itself is very clean, it is peaceful and folk are friendly. The shop, though small, has a good range and there is even a small pharmacy attached. Richmond is located near several beaches (private and public), shopping and plenty of eateries including Sahrkies, plantation and Tikitail and 12 to 12. Its near enough to the toll road down south and a straight road down to montego bay. It is also in range for collection for may tourist attractions. Our Stay Caribbean rep has been amazing. The only thing of concern was getting guests passed gate security. We would send the names in in good time, but security would never seem to have the details by the time guests arrive. On the one hand it made you feel safe and secured,on the other it was quite embarrassing to have guests left in the hot sun for a 'regular' communication error.

Absolutely beautiful villa, clean, peaceful, and felt like luxury from the moment we arrived. The hosts were patient, kind, and made sure my parents were comfortable the entire stay.

Honestly, nothing major — everything was well maintained and welcoming.

Great stay I recently stayed at Richmond Estate, and the community truly exceeded my expectations. I was also pleased to secure the stay at a great price, which added to the overall value. While the room itself was average, it was still comfortable and good. I hope to continue seeing such competitive pricing in locations closer to major attractions.

I love the cleanliness and atmosphere was quite peaceful and private

The fact that we had to sleep in the living room because the air conditioner in the room wasn’t working no matter how long we ran it far the room was very hot
