I appreciated the warm, welcoming and helpful staff. The overall space was clean and well maintined, and there was good security in the building.
The property is on a fairly busy road (although no noise drifting to the rooms) - could benefit from better lighting at the entrance gate.

the location is good though it can be noisy. noise from traffic and nearby beerhall otherwise generally close to food outlets and CBD
the shared bathroom was a bit of an inconvenience. maybe have a separate toilet and bathroom so that is shower is occupied one can stil have access to the bathroom. although tap water is deemed safe to drink there is need for bottled water for guests. kitchen also tends to get busy with staff

Nothing it was an emergency booking so it was all good. Tissues were give 1 roll at a time
