Localização excelente com vaga para estacionar. Bastante confortável e limpo. Atenção do anfitrião quando tive dúvidas sobre estacionamento. Preço ótimo pelo conjunto.

A cama pareceu muito usada, colchão da cama de casal desconfortável. Preferi dormir na cama de solteiro, pois o colchão estava melhor.
Creio que o apartamento precisa de manutenção, existem marcas de umidade em alguns pontos da parede, alguns pontos descascados... Sobre o Wifi, embora tenha conseguido configurar meu Youtube, não consegui assistir, pois travava a toda hora. Sobre o controle remoto da TV, pareceu-me que as pilhas estavam velhas, pois ele funcionava com "deley"... Sobre o ar condicionado, embora bastante potente, muito ruidoso.
