Well it's ok for the money we pay, 1.2 mill per night is ok for such type - 2 br private house.
It's surprisingly very quiet in spite of that the house is in the middle of a construction site, all 4 directions are constructions, that's why it was kinda a bit cheap for this area. We needed specifically this area as we came for a couple of days to see a friend which stayed near by so kinda was not bothered...
A bit annoying that people from the construction site all around burn plastic rubbish 24/7 - so it's almost constant dioxin and nitrogen smoke.
Tip for the owner, please do something with these massive flower pots - they are full of stationary water - so full of mosquito larva, so house full of mosquitos... I mean if you put this massive pot full of water - put a tiny fish in it, or pots have to have good drainage for water to get out, otherwise it's a swamp - a mosquito birth factory.
