Heritage house Stone Orchard, near Dubrovnik

We had a wonderful stay for 7 days and enjoyed every single day. The location was excellent, very clean, and modern, with all the facilities a family could want. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained, making it a perfect place for a family trip. The owner was also very helpful and attentive to any request, which made our stay even better. Highly recommended!

The only thing that may be a slight inconvenience is that you definitely need a car to get around. However, this can also be a benefit, as it gives you the opportunity to explore many of the surrounding beaches, which are truly wonderful.

The Heritage House Stone Orchard in Orašac was an absolute gem!!! Situated in calm location in good driving distance from Dubrovnik, the house had good local infrastructure including a lovely bar, local shop and bakery. It was marvellous to sit on the terrace overlooking the dark blue Adriatic sea watching the ferries crossing between the islands. The house was spacious with fantastic interior design and well thought-through appliances. Just great to enjoy and enriching the holiday experience. Clearly recommended!

Location was great high up on the mountain side sea facing in a tranquil village from where the views were spectacular overlooking the islands the kitchen is fully fitted with the latest appliances all rooms en-suite except the duplex which has a separate bathroom with shower for easy access to the living room. Dubrovnik was easy to get around with excess to all directions Montenegro,Bosnia easy but you will need your own transport which can be parked in the car port at the front of the property The grand children enjoyed the jacuzzi whilst I enjoyed the A/C which kept the whole house cool during our stay

Croatia as a whole bit expensive but very nice and clean
