StarsBOX - La Vrata Gialla

An incredible setting and indescribably special place. The village is tucked far up into the hills and the stars box is hidden even further at the top of the village. Utter peace and incredible views. Martina was friendly, helpful and fun. She had thought of everything we could need (including a fully charged power bank!) The starsbox is so cosy and very cool to open up the top to stargaze. Despite being outside, the toilets, bed and shower are so clean and tidy. I have no idea how this is achieved! We chose to cook our own dinner on the fire pit, but given the quality of the breakfast, I can only imagine her offer of charcuterie dinner would have been delicious too. If the starsbox is not available, I would encourage people to see if there is space at the b&b Martina also runs. The vibes there were immaculate, modern facilities and the hot shower we had there was spotlessly clean. We will not forget our stay here!

We loved everything, and have no negative comments... but good to note that shops and other amenities are a decent drive away down some very narrow wiggly roads. Make sure you have what you need before arriving!
