Holiday House
Hi, the place is pretty good, very clean and easy to get from the coach or train station. Also close to shopping centre. Great stuff. Claire and Irma receptionist are fantastic
Two things were not right the noise of the traffic cars never stopped. My room was on the side of the street. Lack of concentration to sleep. And the mattress was old discomfort. My Back was hurting

Absolute disaster, student accommodation dressed up as a hotel.
This is not a hotel! This is a student block where the rooms are rented out during the summer break. The double bed was so small according to the students it is a single bed. The toiletries were a miniscule bottle of shower gel and a small disc of hard soap. The toilet did not flush properly and there was no toilet brush. Not even a cup for cleaning your teeth.

Ich schrieb dem Anbieter: Dear Guest Experience Team We were inundated with (5) messages from you, two hours after the booking already „Urgent Warning“, so you have all the security. But for us as a customer it comes without certainty! You wrote the wrong date twice. The room was not cleaned, towels were dirty. The friendly staff gave it their all. After more than an hour back and forth we made it at 8pm!!! In the "new" room the curtains are soiled with coffee, no bedside lamp, dirty bathroom towels and floors dirty here too, no rubbish bin! So the location of the parties is very one-sided for this price. Es kam keine entgegenkommende Antwort!

Primeiramente no Booking hora nenhuma é especificado que o quarto fica dentro de uma faculdade.O GPS dizia que eu cheguei mas era inacreditável que fosse dentro da faculdade.Segundo o proprietário fez um questionário antes para poder confirmar a reserva isso é constrangedor e caso não fosse aceito devolveria o dinheiro eu nunca passei por uma situação igual. Depois o tempo todo mencionando para não fazer barulho nenhum. Pois fiquei duas noites encomodada com o barulho em cima da minha cabeça estava fazendo obras o barulho era como se fosse dentro do quarto. Também foi dito que teria produto de higiene como shampoo sabonete mas deixou UM pequeno saquinho com shampoo e mais inacreditável não tinha nem papel higiênico eu tive que pedir na portaria. Infelizmente é um lugar que eu não pretendo voltar e não recomendo.
