Price and helpful caretaker who gave me a choice of rooms (both had rugs needing a shake or vacuum), and helped with my bags which needed taking upstairs (again I wasn’t aware of the stairs). Some of this I should have probably asked about.
Certainly the area, it would have been helpful to know that the building was opposite the car park next to the police station and opposite the building rather than using the postcode which then takes you past smelly bins and foxes rather than straight across the green and car park (fees applied). As a solo woman I felt this info was really important.
