Very clean comfortable and quiet

Everything was ok

The residence was clean, easy to locate , and really cozy and we had a fan for the heat.

The place was very clean. Exactly as per the pictures on the ad. Very clean place. White linen, clean toilet/ kitchen and well maintained Very friendly staff. The watcher Victor was very helpful and so does Stephanie. Very close to the town centre and walking distance to everything. Rooms were soundproof so had no noice issues. Neighborhood was quite decent and had no forbia of any issues.

Floor wasn’t very clean. My feet were dirty after walking around. One key for everyone to access in the outside lockbox is not acceptable. Someone took the key from the outdoor lockbox and I was unable to access the property. I was stuck outside in the rain for half an hour until the person who took the key returned. This person apparently wasnt told to leave the key in the lockbox. Contact was made with the property due to being stuck outside but no response received nor was there an apology. People were coming and going all the time and was quite noisy.
