Alles, alles neu, stilvoll, sehr ruhig im Innenhof, aber sofort mitten im Geschehen. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Welcome Package, Wasser, Softdrinks, Kaffee, Tee.
Es war alles sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist allerdings sehr klein, was für uns kein Problem war. Die Schritte haben wir draußen gesammelt.

Un très joli petit studio refait à neuf, impeccable, pourvu de tout le nécessaire, avec un canapé-lit de bonne qualité. La petite terrasse est charmante même si je ne m'en suis pas servi puisque j'ai eu 3 jours de pluie non-stop ! Les petites attentions laissées dans le frigo sont charmantes. L'emplacement dans une rue calme d'un quartier animé est idéal. Je connais bien Paris pour y avoir vécu pendant 22 ans mais ça m'a permis de redécouvrir le quartier, où il est si agréable de se promener à pied.
L'insonorisation n'est pas tout à fait au point car on entend très nettement les canalisations des voisins, mais ce n'est pas la faute du propriétaire !
