Il Rifugio del Doge

This property is ideally located for all that Chioggia has to offer. There were two hairdryers, two bedrooms with very comfortable beds, two very good bathrooms and washing and drying facilities. We did have an issue with the electrics at the property, but the owner did his absolute best to assist us - even sending out an agent with spare keys for us because the electric entry wouldn't work. We were very pleased to be able to put our motorbike in the garage during our stay, but the garage is a bit on the small size so a big car may not have been able to park in there. We would definitely recommend going on a boat trip and there are some really lovely restaurants - try ones that are off the main streets - we would definitely recommend one called OroNero

Personally, I would have liked some sort of small welcome pack, like a bottle of water, milk etc, but there are a couple of very good supermarkets close by so we bought what we needed. I also would have liked at least one tea towel for drying up, and some form of clothes airer to dry clothes, as our t-shirts do not go in the tumble dryer.

La posizione centrale, ma attenzione, essendo in ZTL serve il permesso che viene registrato dal proprietario, che è molto gentile.

Il parcheggio: in realtà è uno spazio davanti all'ingresso di casa e, se non hai un'auto piccola, è complicato se non impossibile posteggiare, perché la strada è molto stretta ed è difficile fare manovra. L'appartamento: è ben arredato e curato, ma si sviluppa su 4 livelli, con un bel bagno al piano terra, la cucina al primo piano, una camera al terzo piano con piccolo bagno e una camera all'ultimo piano. Secondo me andrebbe segnalato in modo evidente nella descrizione.
