1. Towels are not included in the price, but this wasn’t specified before arriving at the location even though the photos show that towels are available. They charged us 25 euros for towels and brought out crumpled ones from a room. 2. The heating is through the air conditioner, and the AC unit is only in the living room and one of the two bedrooms. The corridors, bathrooms, and the second bedroom were extremely cold. 3. They didn’t send us the invoice for the amount paid despite our numerous requests. We were completely ignored.
