Studio R

Exceptionally friendly host who let me check out two hours later without a fee. The Studio R is a charming wooden cabin adjacent to another building with a fenced in garden (important for pet owners) and a terrace to enjoy. Quiet residential area, parking right in front of the cabin! Some train noise now and then, but didn’t bother me. I’d book again.

Just a tiny reminder: an electric kettle for tea and coffee would be nice and more energy efficient than using the stove. Other than that everything was perfect! Thank you 🙏

L'allotjament és molt còmode: bon llit i bon aire condicionat, la rentadora funciona molt bé i l'amfitrió proporciona sabó per la roba. La cuina és molt completa, amb tots els estris per cuinar amb comoditat, begudes fredes i tes de cortesia. S'accepten mascotes sense cost addicional. Barri residencial molt tranquil

Està lluny del centre, tot i que hi ha una parada d'autobus a 10 minuts a peu de l'allotjament.

Ο χωρος ηταν πεντακαθαρος, πετσετες σεντονια ολα στην εντελεια. Η κουζινα πληρως εξοπλισμενη και ο χοστ αρκετα προσβασιμος. Το κρεβατι επισης πολυ ανετο για ενα ατομο.

Οι συχνες διελευσεις τρενων δημιουργουν συχνους θορυβους, οχι δυνατους. Επισης η τοποθεσια δεν ειναι τοσο καλη, ειδικα για εξορμησεις εξω απο την πολη θα χρειαζεται να κατεβαινετε στο κεντρο γιατι πολλα υπεραστικα λεωφορεια προσπερνουν την κοντινη σταση.

The host provided detailed instructions about arrival, parking, how to find the keys, and access the property, as well as guidelines and community rules. The bed was extremely comfortable, the linens were clean and smelled fresh, and everything I needed in the kitchen, from soap to utensils and dishes, was provided. There were plenty of power outlets, storage, and extra towels and blankets if needed. The air conditioning unit (a mini-split) worked exceptionally well and kept the property cool even during the heatwave occurring during my visit. The neighborhood the property was located in was safe and quiet.

It was stated that instructions on the use of the appliances at the property would be provided, but they were not. The washer leaked onto the floor from underneath the machine during use, so I had to use additional towels to clean up the mess and prevent water damage (it looked as if this area beside the machine and under the dresser had suffered previous water damage from the machine, as the floor planks were warped and bowed. The cleanliness of the bathroom area could be improved. There were cobwebs and insects (spiders) present, and the shower curtain had visible mildew.
