Great price for a condo on the beach. Balcony with 11th floor beach view. I think the room functions as an extra bed/bath for the unit next door, so it is small, but it has a super comfortable king size bed and a full size bath. Good for a solo traveler or couple who don’t need much space. Has a microwave and small fridge. Great AC. Unit was very clean, and I had no problem with the facilities.
Looks like they are in the process of clearing out the lot next door, so detracts from the view a bit. Shower water pressure kind of low.

The best things about this condo were the fantastic view and the super comfortable bed. The condo was very clean, and I didn't find anything broken. The bathroom is big, a nice shower, and plenty of hot water. Great AC. The location is nice, right next to the beach and in the center of town.
The unit is small, it is really only a bedroom and bath. It has a microwave and fridge, but does not have a kitchenette, couch, or dining area. A small table on the balcony would be nice.
