There is a self-catering communal kitchen area, well equipped with fridge, kettle etc. There is a coffee machine to use (with pods), and tea is also provided free of charge. Robert is extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating, dropping me off at the airport at 4am, since he has his own taxi business too.
There is a communal bathroom, with shower and toilet, plus another with communal toilet. This was not a problem for me, but some people may wish to know that. As far as I could tell there was only one other rental unit on my floor, so it's really not an issue.
