Spacious 3-Bed Home with Garden

Very nice house clean and warm

Parking as neighbours park in front of drive giving no access , no kitchen knives no large cooking pan no peeler no washing up liquid and no soap in downstairs toilet

Are was central to our needs & was in quiet area

No fans apart from old broken one in cupboard. No handrail up stairs , I have mobility issues I couldn’t access upstairs. Upstairs basin loose from wall. Downstairs toilet seat moved when sat on, no bedside table lamps. Light fitting in one of upper bedrooms had no lampshade. Couldn’t prepare fresh food as no sharp knives. Couldn’t watch tv as it was not steady & was wary of moving. Back garden a mess. No parasol was unable to sit outside. Downstairs toilet bowl discoloured. Curtain thin did not block light. No mattress or pillow protectors. It was all very basic. Having been in hospitality trade for 40years if just a little more spent £2000 on property it would be a great property & could price higher as it was, it was overpriced for what we had although relatively clean & in area we needed for a couple of nights. Some of our party did not stay & opted to gin alternative accommodation
