Property is well located near to the beach less than 5 min by car also Oscar super market is very near 3 min by car as well. Place is well maintained, very clean same as posted photos. Place has new AC’s and appliances, also it is very well finished and decorated. I would definitely recommend it.

The bed mattress and pillows are very poor not comfortable at all. The closets in all rooms are very smelly in a bad way they need to be changed. Place needs to have room service handy at any time if required, however during my stay the service was not available which was annoying a bit.

The villa was high quality with excellent finishing, and the front yard had a genuinely nice open view that was well thought through. The team was fair on refunds: the safety deposit was returned in full, and unused electricity and water were refunded based on actual consumption. We booked the six-bedroom option for five nights.

The listing was inconsistent from the start, claiming all bedrooms had en suite bathrooms while also stating four bathrooms, which does not add up for a six-bedroom villa. In reality only one bedroom was a master with its own bathroom, and there were three bathrooms total. Bathroom drainage was poor, with no outlet for water outside the shower cabin. There was no WiFi on arrival, no router or connection at all. Prime Holidays called it a listing error and said they would remove it, but it is still listed as free WiFi today. They brought a portable router only after we complained. The bigger issue was beach access. Prime Holidays mentioned possible fees upfront, but on arrival their representative said there were none. It then kept shifting: no fees, then fees except for guests over sixty, then everyone except children. The beach fee alone came to about thirty percent of our booking cost. We had good access for the first few days, but once Mountain View North Coast filled up over the weekend, villa guests were restricted to Olive Beach, which is essentially unusable: roughly seventy-five percent rocks, the rest seaweed, about twenty meters wide, with very limited services. Had we been limited to that beach from day one, we would have asked for a full refund. Photos of the beach are attached. To make up for it they offered a late checkout, then withdrew it saying the villa was rebooked, and suggested we spend a few hours at another property instead. With our belongings already packed, that made no sense and we declined. Overall, extra charges came to around sixty percent of the booking price, so guests should budget for that.
