It's freshly renovated, so was very clean and fresh, everything worked beds a brand new and very comfortable.

Location was very difficult to find, the address on the website doesn't match the Location? Took quite a bit of driving around and a number of calls to be guided to the right location, the area is a bit rough looking, but we didn't have any problems and the property is secure. 2nd issue was we booked for 5 beds but the unit we got only had 4 beds, we where given a trundle bed from the 5 bed unit with a pillow but no sheets.

The property was clean and absolutely loved that it had air conditioner. Minimal furniture and not over crowded which was great.

That the bathroom was outside. I felt unsafe especially with a young daughter going to the bathroom in the middle of the night outside. + the manual washing machine wasn’t one of my highlight. + taxi service isn’t the greatest & a long wait to get one. And I’m sure this is an easy fix.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this apartment, and I have to say—it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped in, everything felt thoughtfully designed and exceptionally well-maintained. The space was modern, spotless, and beautifully furnished, with plenty of natural light and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. What really stood out was the attention to detail and how well everything was set up to make guests feel at home. It’s clear the host cares about providing a quality experience.

There are 2 separate houses on one section. Both are available for bookings. We stayed at the back house for 10 nights. House is newly renovated and clean and tidy. Has kitchen, wifi and A/C. Shower has hot water. Washer and dryer is outside in shed and there is also clothes line. Property is fully secured with high fences and neighbours also know owner so added security. There is one parking inside and rest outside along driveway. You can reserve the inside parking with property manager if available. Property manager is excellent and fastest response is via calls over emails. The property is located towards the end of Laubu Place, Suva. This is a dead end street. Beware the physical street sign says 'Duvalu' but on google maps it says 'Laubu Place.' This is a very handy location if you have events in the Suva and Nausori area. On Laubu Place there is also the Nasinu Kaliamman Mandir. Damodar plaza (mini mall) is about 20 minutes away and has a hot bread kitchen store. Rups Mega Centre (mini mall) is about 15 minutes away. This also has atms attached to the outside of the buildings so you can still access even when mall is closed. It accepted our NZ visa card. There are 2 roadside bbq places within 5 minutes on Ratu Dovi Road open till early morning.
