Amazing peaceful location and beautiful view. Cozy and very clean apartment, quiet street. I loved Mellieha it’s a nice place to spend time by the beach, hike (I hiked from there up to the red tower and over to Popeye village) and close to reach the bus to the ferry to visit gozo. Thoughtful host brought water and accommodated an earlier check in. WiFi works well, tv with streaming to watch Netflix and YouTube and I appreciate that they had a coffee maker and some basic kitchen essentials.
I really liked it the only thing is the couch is really hard but I think that’s typical for sofa bed couches. It would be nice to have at least one comfortable chair to sit and work.

The apartment was well equipped, the host was extremely helpful and flexible, and communication with her was quick. We particularly enjoyed the Netflix access, the beautiful view, and the fact that the sandy beach was only a 10-minute walk away. There is also a grocery store and a very good Hungarian restaurant nearby. The beach equipment provided (parasol, towels) was also a big plus. Several bus stop were only a few minutes walk away. Overall, I highly recommend it!
The only minor inconvenience was that the bed was a little small and too soft for us, and the water in the apartment was not drinkable (but it was easy to get water from a nearby store).
