It was a lovely apartment and very central
When we booked it said “you have the place all to yourself” and there was a couple living there.

Very friendly and welcoming host, apartment has such a cool chilled vibe was lovely and clean. Nico was very helpful giving us tips on places to visit in our first week. He was out a lot of the time so felt like we had our own space too. Would definitely stay again if we needed a place, the location was perfect, 5-10 min walk from the bondi beach front. 10/10!☺️

I liked the balcony
I was surprised that it was a shared space. This was not made clear. Also, the provider had me arriving a day later and his elderly parents were in the property. They spoke very little English and I was very concerned about the miscommunication and the potential that stress was caused to his parents. Thus was cleared up. The elderly parents were lovely and the proprietor did give me a discount at his restaurant.
