There is a distinct warmth to this property that a standard review can't quite capture. It is a quintessential Tuscan home—rich in character, beautifully historic, and kept in immaculate condition. Beyond the seamless amenities and perfect setup, it’s the human element that shines. The hosts are exceptional, leaving thoughtful touches like croissants to pair with the morning coffee. If you want to truly feel the heartbeat of Castiglione d’Orcia rather than just visit it, stay here.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, offrono anche uno sconto del 20% sui pasti al loro ristorante. Camera accogliente e pulita, con tutti i servizi essenziali.
Posizione un po’ scomoda rispetto al centro principale.

The owner, Massimo, was very nice and very helpful dealing with our luggage transfer company. The place was clean and the towels were nice. However, the place was very overpriced and not actually in Castigilione. It is located in Rocca, a 10-15 walk away. At €95 per night it was very over priced and as a result I would not recommend this place. I believe it's true value is €65-€70 euros per night
Very overpriced. It should be no more than €70 maximum. It is not in Castiglione as described but 10-15 minutes away in Rocca. The bathroom is very narrow. I would not recommend.
