Room is clean and tidy. Good service and staff behavior is super.
1. Parking is such a nightmare. The Hotel is located inside a narrow lane. It is very difficult to reach the hotel and coming out, if cars/tempo vehicles coming from opposite side. Hotel has parking only for few vehicles(3-4). If there are more vehicles, parking would be such a hassle as owners has to come from the room(even at the wee hours) and move your cars for other vehicles to take out/parking. Overall, if you have a car, better do not opt this hotel.
2. Breakfast is limited and served in a container.

The property has very congested parking, making it difficult to park vehicles. There is no restaurant on the property, and the morning breakfast was very poor. The in-room facilities were also inadequate. There were no TV channels available, and the room rent was very expensive.

Rooms were clean , distance wise close to cmc and vit University.
No in house restaurant.. They served the same breakfast for 4 days . For lunch and dinner we had to venture out every day. The room was a tad too small for a family of 3...
