Casa Flamenca: Apartment in Flamenca Village

The resort and the property are clean, comfortable and modern. The pool area is lovely with a great little bar area that serves food. We have visited the Orihuela area several times over the last few years, this has been the best apartment so far. The Hosts were lovely, really helpful when I struggled to find the apartment when we arrived. They were also very accommodating with allowing for late check out which was a god send with little ones and not needing to go to the airport until later. The area of Flamenca is great, a five minute walk away are our fave restaurants, Feta Nera and Chimi churris, also a five minute drive down in Punta Prima Giacomos is lovely. Mini golf near by and La Zenia is close by with a lovely shopping centre and lots of restaurants, shops, bowling etc. flamenca beach is a 10 minutes walk, La zenia beach a little further, which is nicer in my opinion! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

God beliggenhet og fine fasiliteter på uteområdet.

Leiligheten var i dårlig stand og dårlig vedlikehold. Delvis defekte håndtak, møblement, skitne utemøbler og delvis knekt inventar. Manglet ett armbånd som er obligatorisk for ute fasiliteter ved ankomst. Lite utvalg i kjøkkenet hvor det manglet kopper og fat og diverse. Mange tomme skap sammenlignet med andre leiligheter hvor vi hadde bekjente som bodde på samme tidspunkt. Hadde ikke valgt den samme leiligheten igjen med tanke på samme pris som andre leiligheter som var i vesentlig bedre stand.
