Great location — walking distance from both the beach and the pool. • Good air conditioning and water supply. • Kitchen appliances were in good condition. • The unit owner was very polite decent she offered a late check-out, which I appreciated, even though I didn’t use it.

• Cleanliness: The unit was not cleaned after the previous guest. I arrived 30 minutes after the official check-in time and found it in poor condition. I requested housekeeping through the owner, but no one came until 8 PM — and they only cleaned the bathroom. This ruined the entire first day. • I had to spend the rest of the stay cleaning everything I needed to use, especially the kitchen utensils, which were dirty, old, and rusty. • Non-functioning amenities: Both TVs in the unit were not working. I reported the issue immediately and was promised it would be resolved, but nothing was done by the time I checked out. • Bathroom issues: Only one spotlight was working, the shower handset was broken, and the laundry rack was unusable, which made it difficult to dry clothes.
