Property on Broadway Somerville

The property is in a great location. Easy access to Somerville and public transportation. Groceries close by and shopping as well. Many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Lyft works great. TV is nice and WiFi fully capable. You don’t notice outside noise at all. I’d choose again! Great deli and pizza just up the street. Dunkin’ close too!

The property and facility were just fine. There is a queen bed and a small futon. Not really a pull out sofa or sofa bed. But both were firm and comfortable. The property is definitely a good value for Boston and a great location.

There was very little not to like. Minor tweaks to the facility is all it needs. We will happily stay here again.

This apartment is around the corner from my son, so it was a wonderful location for me. There is also a large park nearby and shopping center with anything you may want a few minutes away. The apartment is well stocked, very clean and nicely furnished.

As others have said, the hallway coming in is a bit musty and disorganized, bur once you get into the apartment it is lovely.

I Liked the decoration, the apt has a good size, in general clean, the kitchen was complete, with keurig coffee maker and new pans, but I had to ask for the electric kettle ,the cleaning lady gave me one on the second day. I liked the view of the park on the front, but the window glasses were not clean...

The front window air conditioning , direct access from the street, had the side open , I was concern of my safety since it is a big opening and I saw some homeless people around the block. Also a problem for the heat and cold weather. The common area in the entrance hall had a mold smell , and since I am terribly allergic to it, I've tried to avoid that area. Fortunately no smell in the unit. The house has no street number, I had to guess if I was in the right house, also the code was not working, had to ask the manager , he had to add a new code.
