Modern interiors – a general overview of the space. An additional advantage is the terrace-like feature of the apartment. Having two bathrooms is a big plus for this place.

There were no physical keys for the apartment, just an NFC-based app. This meant I constantly had to worry about whether an update might be required or if my phone battery would last. Gaining access to the apartment would be a huge problem for older people. The apartment itself is nice, but there is no view—just an inner courtyard facing ugly, old buildings. The terrace.. The listing claimed there was a working washing machine, but it didn't work; it’s a good thing I asked about it, or I could have run into trouble. I wouldn't stay here again.. It is a large apartment, yet it feels claustrophobic. You are required to pay for damage insurance, yet the place actually needs renovation in many areas. The stay in the apartment wasn't cheap, and the extra charge for insurance was ridiculous (justified by the claim that you pay for insurance when renting a car, too! I travel a lot, and this was the first time I’d encountered such an approach).

The flat was beautiful, modern and comfortable. Great location. The flat is actually a lot NICER than it looks on the photos.

The car park lift gave me claustrophobia. The flat was quite hot (it was a warm weekend in April) and the air conditioning was not available.

Está en buen sitio, con aparcamiento privado, cocina, televisiones con aplicaciones para ver lo que gustes, terraza, etc. Todo muy bien y muy bonito

Me gusta la decoración y la ubicación es excelente, con muchos restaurantes cerca. El aparcamiento es cómodo.
