Overpriced and noisy, but clean and spacious.
The apartment is spacious and clean.
The apartment is very noisy. We had families with little children sound us and incredibly noisy. There is a wooden door in the hallway to the adjacent apartment which isolates no noise at all. Moreover the parking situation is dramatic. Everybody claims its own parking lots which result is too little parking lots whilst there are plenty available. This is a bit german culture I guess.

Reasonable property but bad value for your money.
Clean, not dense, convenient free parking
Not good value for money. An bed and breakfast next door offers larger apartments (51 sqm vs. 44 sqm.) for half the price that we paid (69 Euro vs. 133 Euro). Thus, I cannot recommend this property.

Schöne Wohnung, aber im Winter absolut nicht zu empfehlen
Schöne moderne Einrichtung Parkplatz am Haus
Fehlende Tür zwischen großem Flur und Wohn-Essbereich Dazu keine Heizung im Flur, welcher auch direkt an den großen KALTEN Hausflur angrenzt. Der Heizkörper im Bad 40x40cm ist nicht imstande das Bad auf angenehme Temperatur zu heizen.

Alles war perfekt! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr unkompliziert. Sehr empfehlenswert! Einfacher Zugang mit den Codes, in der Nähe von HBF und Supermärkten. Vielen Dank, wir kommen bald wieder.

Das war eine schnelle Buchung und ein absolutes Vergnügen die Nacht in der Suite zu erleben!
Absolut empfehlenswert! Ich hatte eine rundum tolle Zeit in diesem Apartment. Schon bei der Ankunft war ich begeistert: Es gab kostenfreie Stellplätze direkt vor dem Haus, und das Apartment war unfassbar sauber – wirklich auf höchstem Niveau! Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht, und auch Handtücher sowie Bettwäsche waren bereitgestellt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das hochwertige, moderne Design – alles ist stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt und komme beim nächsten Aufenthalt sehr gern wieder.
