Predivno namešten stan, lep, sa svim potrebnim stvarima. Odvojen parking u okviru objekta i garaža. Lokacija je odlična, centar i more su na 15 hoda udaljeni. U prizemlju zgrade je odlično snabdeven market koji je otvoren 00-24h. Domaćica je divna i izuzetno ljubazna.

As we entered the apartment, we were greeted by a pleasant aroma and a sense of freshness. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay: essential kitchenware, an iron, an ironing board, and much more. It’s a new apartment with brand-new appliances and furniture, as well as a spacious balcony. There’s a City Kvart store located on the ground floor.
Some finishing work is still incomplete: wall and ceiling light fixtures need to be installed. Since it's a newly built apartment, renovations were ongoing in neighboring units, which occasionally caused some noise.

Total schöne Wohnung mit allerlei Aussatung und Extras, wie beispielsweise Wattestäbchen, Wattepads, O.B., Slipeinlagen im Bad, gefüllter Obstkorb, Schokolade und eingekühlte Flasche Wein. Sehr schöne und modern eingerichtet sowie geräumig mit super Balkon. Zu Fuß ist es auch nicht weit in die Innenstadt. Der Parkplatz befindet sich genau vor dem Gebäude - sehr praktisch!
