Giua' Apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and honestly, we could not have asked for a better experience. The apartment itself was new, spotless, beautifully maintained and located in a great area, close to everything we needed. It was comfortable, modern and had absolutely everything we needed for a relaxing stay. But what we will remember most is the incredible hospitality of our host. Massimiliano personally waited for us at the apartment to welcome us, give us the keys and explain everything. He had prepared water, juice and a beautiful basket of fruit for us — such a warm and thoughtful welcome after our journey.. Such a thoughtful and kind gesture! Massimiliano went far beyond what we expected from a host. He recommended wonderful local restaurants and places to visit, gave us great tips about the best beaches, and even helped us find free parking. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, he was always available, incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. You can really feel that he genuinely cares about his guests and wants them to have the best possible experience in Sardinia. His hospitality, kindness and attention to detail made us feel very welcome and looked after throughout our entire stay. We have stayed in many places, but it is rare to meet a host who puts so much heart into what he does. The apartment was fantastic, but Massimiliano was the real highlight of our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Sardinia. There was no such thing

A newly renovated home, very clean and spacious with a great host, Massimiliano. Located in a quiet area close to the old city. It is a good value for money.

Appartement spacieux et fonctionnel, situé à 12 minutes à pied du centre et à 3 minutes de l'arrêt de bus. Vous avez à disposition des serviettes de bain, des nattes de plage, un parasol… Le propriétaire, Massimiliano, est aux petits soins, très accueillant et dévoué pour vous fournir toutes les informations nécessaires afin d'optimiser votre séjour.

Rien dans l'appartement ! Juste le stationnement qui peut être un peu compliqué si vous louez une voiture en haute saison, mais on finit toujours par trouver une place en tournant dans les rues voisines.

Max give us excellent information .Please note BUS #1 and is 39 sec walking from the place the best to travel to Maria Pia beach . All another are 10 min at Via Catalalona Main Bus station 10 min walking . And these buses do not go on the front of the beach .
