Giua' Apartment

The house is great and has everything you could think of. A big plus for the sun umbrella and the beach towels, especially the bamboo ones, which are mandatory at La Pelosa Beach. Massimiliano is a great host, always available to help and easy to get in contact with. The bed is big and comfortable, there is air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room, and the bathroom is very nice. The house is just 30 metres from a really good pastry shop/café. There is also a supermarket about an 8-minute walk away and the city centre is around a 10-minute walk.

Parking was tricky sometimes, but we always ended up finding a space. It was actually fun looking for the most unexpected spot!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and honestly, we could not have asked for a better experience. The apartment itself was new, spotless, beautifully maintained and located in a great area, close to everything we needed. It was comfortable, modern and had absolutely everything we needed for a relaxing stay. But what we will remember most is the incredible hospitality of our host. Massimiliano personally waited for us at the apartment to welcome us, give us the keys and explain everything. He had prepared water, juice and a beautiful basket of fruit for us — such a warm and thoughtful welcome after our journey.. Such a thoughtful and kind gesture! Massimiliano went far beyond what we expected from a host. He recommended wonderful local restaurants and places to visit, gave us great tips about the best beaches, and even helped us find free parking. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, he was always available, incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. You can really feel that he genuinely cares about his guests and wants them to have the best possible experience in Sardinia. His hospitality, kindness and attention to detail made us feel very welcome and looked after throughout our entire stay. We have stayed in many places, but it is rare to meet a host who puts so much heart into what he does. The apartment was fantastic, but Massimiliano was the real highlight of our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Sardinia. Thank you, Massimiliano, for making our stay so special. ❤️Whenever in Poland and You need any help - feel free to contact us

There was no such thing

A newly renovated home, very clean and spacious with a great host, Massimiliano. Located in a quiet area close to the old city. It is a good value for money.
