I love the size of the rooms also very comfortable and the couple they are very nice.

Amazing host, great room/facilities, wonderful stay. We had a really lovely stay! Everything was comfortable, welcoming, well looked after, and we really enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Room and bathroom very clean and comfortable, host was very friendly and accommodating, location very good indeed. Only 5 minutes walk from the beach and there was plenty on-street parking available. Would stay there again.

Breakfast - n/a immediate location - quite run down. Quite a nice walk close by, which is a route into Broadstairs along the cliffs

The plumbing needs attention, as paying guests cannot flush toilet paper. Soiled paper goes into a bin. Not ideal for a shared facility. A bath/shower was advertised. There was no bath. Although the walk in shower room will be lovely when complete, the door does not entirely assure privacy. A light curtain or signage to show The room is occupied might help. The garden is small but very pretty. We did not use it for quiet time or outdoor dining as neighbouring rock band have exceptionally loud practice sessions. Sometimes until 9.30. A security light in the garden goes on and off intermittently in the night. The bedroom curtain is not sufficient to block it out.
