Very comfortable sofa bed, nice shower too. This lovely little self contained apartment is clean and comfortable. It is accessed by an external staircase.

Road noise was a problem for me personally, but if you can get past that it's good. Access to Trimmingham beach is very close by, and there's a regular bus service that stops right outside.

Private and beautifully clean. An amazing view and a great host. It was the perfect position as I have family living a few roads away.

The location was very nice and the owner was very helpful. The flat itself was exceptionally clean.

Unfortunately the flat is tiny. In order to cross the room the fold up bed has to be folded up and the en suite is on the opposite side of the bed. A kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge are in the room but unless you bring bottled water, you can't fill the kettle. You could use the shower but is that ideal? The room is advertised as no smoking but I suspect a previous guest didn't observe the No Smoking signs. Gentlemen need to sit down to use the loo. The seat won't stay up and you can't lean forward to hold it up because of the angle of the ceiling. Awkward. For the size of the room and the price I paid I wont return. A conventional bed would solve the space issue and it would then be worth the price.
