Very very tiny flat over the garage.

The location was very nice and the owner was very helpful. The flat itself was exceptionally clean.

Unfortunately the flat is tiny. In order to cross the room the fold up bed has to be folded up and the en suite is on the opposite side of the bed. A kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge are in the room but unless you bring bottled water, you can't fill the kettle. You could use the shower but is that ideal? The room is advertised as no smoking but I suspect a previous guest didn't observe the No Smoking signs. Gentlemen need to sit down to use the loo. The seat won't stay up and you can't lean forward to hold it up because of the angle of the ceiling. Awkward. For the size of the room and the price I paid I wont return. A conventional bed would solve the space issue and it would then be worth the price.

come for the views !

sea view , road on coast line drive around is easy. across road is a drive on beach with amazing views. close enough to Cromer to drive for carnival week and see friends . perfect to de-stress and would come back as really good spot and great value for money with friendly owners .

Ideally located, seaside retreat with welcoming hosts.

I’m very rarely compelled to write a review. After staying in hundreds of properties in the uk and Europe I just felt compelled to praise this lovely little annex. The property is ideally located, the annex itself was exceptionally built and very well suited for anyone looking for a short stay in the area. Other owners who let out for short stays would do well to replicate how it’s done here, I hope to use this place again both for work and should I ever holiday locally.

I’m on the heavy side so the sofa bed wasn’t perfect but I put that down to my love of chocolate and burgers rather than a negative to the quality of the bed. The host did an exemplary job in ensuring the property achieved max comfort and it really shows.

Great hosts and amazing views

Excellent hosts, who responded quickly to contact and were very helpful. The location was fantastic for me with access to the coast on the Coast Hopper with a bus stop right outside. The views from the windows were amazing.

Small but fine for me.
