Apartimento Central Prime3

Great location, very central & close to Old Town Wroclaw. Very quiet at night despite being so central. Really nice apartment, except for the things we didn't like. Having an induction hob was an unexpected bonus. The oven was probably also good, but too complicated for us. There was a small safe, which would have been an unexpected bonus, but it was locked open, and the hosts could not help.

There are signs of missing maintenance, and when we tried to contact the host about some of these they were slow to respond, and really not helpful. We used SMS and phone rather than Booking.com messages, as they preferred. Booking.com messaging to hosts only allows one long line, so it was also hard to use that instead of this comment. a) The light switch for part of the hallway is defective. It is difficult to turn on, and the lights often flicker. b) In the lounge, beside the desk, the electric socket is not properly fixed into the wall. c) In the bathroom the sink worktop is damaged. This was noted by another visitor, the hosts explained this as just a cosmetic issue. Our photo shows it so you can judge. d) In the shower, the movable head does not stay up on the rail, so it is unusable. Luckily there is also a "rainfall" shower head. e) Wifi failed after about a day (could not access internet), and hosts were not helpful. We found the router on the floor under the TV, and restarting it (power cable out and in) fixed the problem.

Obiekt jest świetnie zlokalizowany, blisko Wrocławskiego Rynku, sklepów, a mimo to ulica przy której się znajduje jest cicha i spokojna. Duże miejsce w garażu podziemnym jest sporym atutem, jego rozmiar pozwala spokojnie zaparkować większym samochodem. W samym mieszkaniu niczego nie brakuje, jest ono bardzo przestronne. Jest dużo szaf, łóżko w sypialni jest bardzo duże.

Jak dla mnie materac na łóżku był zbyt miękki. Niektóre elementy mieszkania wymagają lekkiego odświeżenia, ale jest to jedynie aspekt wizualny.

Lokalizacja jest niesamowita, wszędzie blisko, a tam gdzie dalej można dostać się komunikacją miejską - super!

Vybrali jsme především pro možnost parkování a polohu v centru. Najít garáž bylo komplikované, neodpovídalo dodanému popisu, na klíč reagovala brána do jiné budovy, bez předchozí informace. Emergency kontakt začal reagovat až za hodinu, takže jsme se nevyhnuli platbám za parkování v centru. Doporučili nám konkrétní parkovací místo ve druhé garáži, druhy den jsme se ale museli vracet do města přeparkovávat, jelikož místo jsme blokovali jine firmě. Naprosto zkazilo cely dojem z pobytu..
