A very well appointed house with all the comforts of home. The lounge area is so relaxing with views of the waterway and the wild life that go about their day. Kitchen well stocked including to offer of a simple breakfast if you choose. Comfortable beds and clean

This house ticks all the boxes for me

The place was clean and fully equipped. The host was really helpful and friendly. The lakeside view was beautiful.

We drove passed a couple of times because there wasn’t a house number.

Bedroom was comfortable and large. Share living spaces were comfortable. Entry to this property was easy. Great alternative to a motel for an overnight stay.

This is a large holiday home that lets out 5 locked bedrooms to travellers without an onsite host. You need to be comfortable with sharing a house with fellow travellers. The southerly windows and balcony that offer views were covered in webs and need a good clean to match the cleanliness of the kitchen and bedrooms.

Location was a quick drive to everything you’d want to see in Jervis bay.

The listing isn’t accurate, or they use verbiage that could be interpreted differently. The listing says “dedicated bathroom” we had to share it with another couple. The listing says “king bed” it’s just two beds We also checked in with another couple that didn’t expect to be on a fold out couch and felt like expectations weren’t set properly similar to us. The included self serve breakfast is just bread and jam - which is fine but wasn’t communicated clearly when I booked. Would be a nice stay if you go into with the right expectations. Also - the inside of the property could be better maintained. Overall it was fine for us - but we felt we constantly had to reset our expectations of the property as it’s marketed differently than what we expected.
