The apartment has great facilities and beautiful views. The bed was comfortable, and the place is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Check-in was not clearly explained on Booking.com and was handled via WhatsApp with a payment link, which felt insecure and unnecessarily slow; although the owner said this is their standard process, it did not feel trustworthy. Cleanliness was poor, with towels that did not seem clean, hair in the sink and shower, and a floor that did not feel properly cleaned. Overall, the property felt overpriced for Colombia, with prices comparable to the U.S. but without the same level of service or cleanliness.

El apartamento es excepcional, es hermoso tiene todo el equipamento necesario para poder disfrutarlo. Definitivamente volvería a quedarme allí. La limpieza fue fantástica y es muy cómodo en todo sentido.
No me gusto que debemos salir a las 11, me parece muy temprano. Pero la anfitriona dio algunas soluciones para viajeros como yo que viajabamos tarde.
